Extension and Improvements to the Village Hall Buildings

The overall aim of the project is to improve the facilities of the village hall complex to make it serve the commuity better. This will be achieved firstly by providing additional hall hiring space, in the form of a new small hall, for which there is an evident need. Secondly this new hall will overcome the existing problems that the layout of the hall creates. For example since the existing small and large halls are adjacent, noisy activities in one hall affect those in the other. Thirdly the provision of this additional space will enable a ‘social area’ to be created in the old small hall.
