Extension and Refurbishment of Wildmill Community Life Centre, Bridgend

The main aim of this project is to provide a Community facility for use by the whole community - this will be achieved by transforming the current community centre from a run down building into a larger ,modern, fit for purpose and eco friendly community building.(more detail on how this will be achieved in Appendix Object D ) Additional Aims / outputs are a Healthier Community, Increased Community Education and Increased Community participation. Wildmill is a Communities First (CF) Area and the WCLC work very closely with the CF team / partnership on Community Development projects with the Community Centre being the main venue for this activity.
