External Insulation at Westbury-on-Severn Parish Hall

Westbury-on-Severn Parish Hall aims to reduce its environmental impact; to improve its energy efficiency; to reduce its energy bills; and to improve the comfort and quality of its facilities. This will be achieved by installing external insulation on uninsulated outside walls of the main hall.
