External Refurbishment, Deafness Resource Centre, St Helens

The Deafness Resource Centre is used to provide services for people affected by deafness and hearing loss. It supports individuals and families of all ages to lead independent and fulfilling lives. The centre also facilitates community based activities and services for the wider community. The building needs extensive refurbishment and this project undertakes to: replace rotting windows and doors; replace and repair facias; rebuild perimeter wall (currently unstable); make safe garage to use as a storage space; and repair the roof of the centre.
