Failsworth Community Environment Project

The Failsworth Community Environment Project (FCEP) is an abandoned allotment site approximately 600ft x 100ft wide in Oldham, adjacent to the Rochdale Canal, last used as an allotment seven years ago. A group of local residents and service providers have joined together as a Steering Group to save this land and reinvent it as a community green space. We are seeking funding to clear the overgrown and abandoned ‘Education’ area of the land using volunteers.
