Fairfield Bowls Club; A future for the past

The redevelopment of the old Three Counties Hospital site resulted in a 106 Planning Agreement which requires the General Contractor, PJ Livesey to build a new pavilion. The Fairfield Bowls Club are required to complete the fixture and fittings themselves.
