Family Fitness Facility

The trail would provide a free fitness facility for the local community. The trail would consist of 15 exercise stations and signage. The trail would be easily accessible to local residents as they are within walking distance of the park or can use public transport. The trail could be used to promote the benefits of exercise to the local feeling of well being. Elements of the trail can be used from age 3 to adult so this would be an excellant opportunity for families to excercise and enjoy the countryside together
