The development in 3 standalone phases of 2 dilapidated tennis courts: PHASE 1: removal of old netting and trees, resurfacing area 34m x 31m with sandfilled carpet, building of MUGA 15m x 30m with 30m running track to one side and installation of Street Snooker game to other side. PHASE 2: supply and installation of floodlighting & outdoor gym equipment. PHASE 3: construction of new tennis court on wasteland adjacent to above and completion of running track to 69m.
