Fankerton Hall Amenity Upgrade

The Group have successfully gained funding for a variety of improvements to the Fankerton Community Hall, including full insulation and new heating, disabled access and improved toilet and kitchen facilities.

This application seeks to improve the amenity by installing aheat recovery ventilation system. This will recify the problems of condensation and the need to run the central heating whenever the hall is in use. The new unit will make the hall more comfortable for users and save money on running overheads.
