Farm Green Recreational Ground, Brighton - New Play Equipment (006129)

This project will improve a play facility in a public park on an outlying council estate in the city of Brighton and Hove. Bevendean Estate has a population of nearly 5000 with 775 under 16 year olds. This is the only play facility on the estate which is currently derelict and unsafe. This project will provide much needed replacement play equipment, new surfacing and replacement parts for the play equipment that is still safe and usable. The applicants want to make the park an attractive area for all to enjoy.
