Farnham Cricket Club - New Practice Nets

The project will replace two old cricket practice nets, with three new ones. It involves making the ground level and safe, and creating a new, safer facility for children and adult members alike. The facilities are required mainly to accommodate the increasing number of children aged from 7 to 17 involved in the club’s junior cricket academy programme. They are an important part of achieving Surrey County Cricket’s ‘Club Mark’ status. This national scheme designates certain clubs in the county with special development status to promote participation and excellence in the sport in the county.
