Farnham Melting’s South Wing Project

Restoration of the roof of the oldest part of the melting’s (south wing). Strip roof, remove trusses, strengthen walls for new, slim line roof supports, relay roof, sound proofing materials, re-tile to match period. Restoration to full use of semi-derelict wing of malting building. The roof of the wing needs to yield more headroom, which can be achieved by inserting new trusses. When complete the space will be used as a performance/rehearsal form and dressing room/toilets/showers for the entire building.
