Feasibility Study - Increasing graphics paper recycling and buy-back in the UK

Working with across sectoral stakeholders, this project aims to achieve the recycling of an additional 275k tonnes of graphics paper by 2003-4 focusing on de-inking. Dissemination will be through trade press, seminars and websites.
