Feasibility Study – Sustainability Centre

To undertake a feasibility study into the potential for a sustainability centre in Cornwall. This centre will provide much needed conference facilities, meeting rooms, an public library holding information regarding sustainable waste management as well as other sustainability issues, it will use recycled materials throughout its construction.
