Feildes Fun - Disabled Fishing Platforms

To construct up to eight fishing platforms fully accessible to those with disabilities (accomodating up to 16 people in wheelchairs plus carers). The platforms will form part of the Feildes Fun project which operates to enable disabled adults enjoy fishing and gardening activities at a publicly accessible site where the Rivers Lee and Stort meet on the Hertfordshire/Essex border. Amendment: The platforms will now be multipurpose rather than just for fishing as access for kayaks and disabled boats will also be created.
