Felixstowe and Walton Football Club, Felixstowe - New Clubhouse (20266/D)

The project aims to develop new changing rooms and a clubhouse on land the club leases from Suffolk Coastal District Council. The new facility will replace a 70 year old cricket pavilion that the club currently uses for changing purposes and will provide 4 changing rooms, 2 official rooms, clubroom, medical room and spectator facilities. The footprint of the site will be 352m2. Planning permission also includes a second function room as a phase 2 development. The trust will contribute towards the new clubhouse.
