Fencing at Brown Robin Nature Reserve

Brown Robin Nature Reserve is a mosaic of woodland and grassland that has been divided into compartments for management. Some areas of the grassland are grazed to encourage species diversity whilst grazing is excluded from the woodland areas to encourage tree regeneration and the development of a shrub layer. This project will replace boundary fences allowing the regeneration of the woodland to continue, whilst regulated grazing can be maintained on specific areas of the reserve.
