Fencing of Winlaton Vulcans Rugby Club and adjoining pitches

The project would enclose the rear of the clubhouse and two rugby pitches with fencing to prevent the area and building from being continously damaged by graffiti and the pitches being littered with glass,rubbish, dog fouling etc.
