Fire safety system upgrade

Having recently upgraded the property’s security alarm system, it is now essential to upgrade the fire safety system including the installation of smoke detectors in all areas of the building and an updated monitoring system linked to the local fire station. New signage for fire escape routes and procedures would also be introduced. The premises are used by all age groups from pensioners to pre-school children and their safety is paramount.

The funds will be used to engage a specialist firm of installers. Three quotes have been obtained. It will be essential to ensure that the firm chosen to complete the work has the necessary qualifications and technical expertise to complete the work required.
