Fit out community friendly entrance reception at Walsall Rugby Club

To internally fit out a designated community friendly main entrance / foyer to include a new reception area, and suitably sized male, female and disabled toilet facilities all to a modern standard as expected by all users in order to support increased community and sporting use.
