Flat Roof Repairs

This aim of this project is to replace three flat roofs which are a part of the church building roof at Hucclecote Methodist Church. The flat roofs were inspected at the quinquennial inspection and were seen to need replacement. The roofs over the organ loft, choir vestry, and link corridor are covered with roofing felt which has started to fail. This has resulted in water ingress above the organ and in the choir vestry corridor. The project will replace the felt covered roofs and incorporate thermal insulation, as was carried out on the flat roofs of the church hall (part-funded by ECT).
