To preserve and refurbish Fletton House in Oundle as a community hub. The works required include: roof repairs; stairs and ramps; internal walls and lintels; internal and external doors; internal demolition and alterations; sanitary, water and disposal installations; heating, ventilation and air conditioning; new electrical works; and external works.
