Floodlights and pitch improvement

Our current floodlit senior training facilities are over utilised causing pitch damage and junior lighting needs total replacement because of age and safety issues.
The plan is therefore to purchase new floodlights for the current third team pitch at an RFU standard which will allow us to also utilise the facility for night matches in addition to sharing the wear on the second team pitch for training purposes and accommodate the under 14s from their current grounds. New rugby posts will also be purchased and erected following an annual safety review which recommends replacement.
The drainage will also be improved on an area of the pitch which currently tends to hold surface water.
