Floodlit Multi-Use Games Area

The project will provide sporting facilities for a growing rural population to meet the needs and demands of young people and wider community. The proposal will create a flood-lit Multi Use Games Area as identified through a sports development plan. The facility will be managed by the local community association and will be available for all to use but especially for the young people. The project will contribute to reducing levels of antisocial behaviour in the local area especially through diversionary sports meausres involving the young people.
