Floor Renewal in St Thomas Church Hall

After removal of completely decayed wood,(as a matter of urgency and safety) the floor is to be replaced with new treated joists and new tongue and groove boards. To improve its sustainability there is to be increased ventilation with additional air bricks fitted and a french drain to South and West walls.
