Florist Community Open Space

The aim of this project is to create and implement a pleasant community amenity area, developed through consultation with the local community. The plan aims to improve biodiversity. Create a new path to encourage walking and allow wheelchair use. The space currently used for dumping will be replaced with trees and shrubs. Local families will also get to work with an artist to create sculpted rocks to add to the garden/open space and act as informal play features (a suggestion that came from the consultation events). Paving patterns have also been requested by residents to encourage play
