FLOW – East Devon District Council

Artist in residence Anne-Marie Culhane has been working with local residents to create a 5km orchard along the River Exe as it flows through the heart of the city. The project aims to encourage the community to nurture and benefit from this beautiful, wildlife-rich, orchard, for all time.
