Flower-Rich Road Verges

With inceasing intensity of agriculture, much of our meadow flora has been lost. A selection of high quality flower-rich road verges have been identified by the North Wales Wildlife Trust on Anglesey. Management to maintain the species diversity will be introduced. This will comprise leaving the verges to grow during spring and summer and cutting and removing that arisings in he autumn to maintain low nutrient status
