Flowers at St Fagans Castle Gardens

Together with volunteers we will make the environment at St Fagans National Museum of History’s Castle Gardens a more pleasant place for the public, also improving the aesthetics of the public spaces, through the planting of the flowers and sowing of seeds. People passing by, visitors, volunteers and staff will enjoy the outside space. This project will make the visitor experience more pleasant.

We will plant flowers and sow seeds in the Castle Gardens with volunteers, who will learn how to grow things in a safe and sustainable way and to enjoy gardening. The gardens will be accessible to all and offer a great platform to foster an appreciation of wildlife. The volunteers will be able to return to the site to see the flowers in bloom, increasing their environmental awareness and understanding and respect for nature and biodiversity.
