Fochabers Village Hall Improvements

Fochabers Village Public Institute is an essential facility for the village and provides a meeting place for over 13 local regular hall users groups and also facilities for many locals to use for functions, dances and concerts. The hall is in need of a major refurbishment to make it suitable and sustainable in the future. The community are applying for a community asset transfer and propose a £700000 refurbishment of the building with major environmental improvements which will reduce and improve running costs.
