Footpath and Handrail

To form tarred path 1.5 metres wide extending for 35 metres from main hall to jubilee car park. This will allow wheelchair & pushchair access from main hall to disabled facilities in jubilee hall. New drain & gulley required to redirect water from area, new fence to prevent vehicular access to vicinity of path
