Footpaths for Hillfields Recreation Ground

In order to increase park useage and make the park more accessible for disabled people, older people, joggers, prams and bugies, cyclists, we wish to install a tarmac path around the perimeter of the park. By installing a path more local people will use the facilities, which will help to reduce the fear of crime in a regeneration area
