Foulden Parish Hall

Replace an existing structurally unsound and inadequate village hall with a new one, appropriate to the needs of the community it serves. Make available an improved quality hall service to the three Berwickshire areas of Foulden, Lamberton and Mordington. Continue support for existing services.
