Foxcroft Play Area, St Albans – New Play Equipment (005784)

This project will provide new play equipment to a local play area in the area of Cell Barnes in St Albans, replacing it with new exciting equipment for all to enjoy for years to come. The existing play area is on the only play area for quite some distance. A surveyor condemned much of the existing play area with areas being removed.

The Cell Barnes estate borders some very affluent areas of St Albans but is itself an area which has a lot of social housing, and below national average income families and therefore will massively benefit from a community play area.
