Foxhill Bank Nature Reserve Regeneration Project

Foxhill Bank is designated a Local Nature Reserve and is situated in the centre of a built up area in industrial Oswaldtwistle, East Lancashire. The infra-structure of the reserve has deteriorated since the major initial investments made at its inception. In addition it has suffered from acts of vandalism due to its urban location. The intention is now to rejuvenate the site. This will improve the visual appearance of the site. It will replace and repair access routes and internal structures. It will update and enhance the information being presented to visitors as they enter the reserve
