Foyer Extension - Improved Public Amenity

We propose to extend and improve our foyer/gallery/box office/coffee bar by means of a staircase to the first floor with an open gallery/balcony connecting the two spaces. Georgian windows on the first floor front (existing) with views to the high street will become a feature of this new space. The extended foyer is a valuable circulation space for live events and community hirings. Will greatly assist ventilation of foyer and remove need for mech ventilation
