Frank Sorrell Centre, Southsea – Boiler and Window replacement (10242/D)

The project aim is to replace the remaining wooden windows and doors and the old and unreliable boiler. This will improve the thermal efficiency of the building by replacing draughty single glazed poor fitting windows and doors, reduce our maintenance costs by replacing with low maintenance UPVC /Aluminium windows and doors, and reduce our running costs, with an up to date efficient and reliable gas boiler. Benefits include providing a warmer, more heat responsive environment for everyone who uses the building together with reduce the potential for us to have to shut down the building because the boiler has broken down again.

The trust will contribute towards the boiler and window replacement.
