Fresh Air and Fitness

The City Council and The Friends of Longford Park Group are keen to support Health and well being in the local community. To promote these aims this project will install an open acess exercise area in the park to be available for anyone to use. Signage around the parks paths will be improved in order to promote healthy walking/running and encourage heath based events such as the ‘magic mile’
