Friends of Carlisle Park

Local community group established in February 2001, to promote interest in, and support for local nature reserves in Morpeth, Carlisle Park, and Turner Garden. Members of the group work with local volunteers to carry out maintenance and improvements to these natural areas. The group also promotes the enjoyment and understanding of the local natural environment through the production of leaflets, and co-hosting events such as guided walks, family fun days.
