Friends of Errington Wood

Friends of Errington Wood devotes over 100 man hours per year to maintain and improve the natural environment of Errington Woods and has been successful in securing £78k in funding to improve the area in the last 2 years. The organisation has also worked with Redcar and Cleveland Council to provide £52k of play equipment to the area. This work has transformed Errington Woods into a recreational facility for local people and for people from all over the borough. This group is requesting £1,000 to cover the cost of providing 2 picnic tables and 2 barbecue stands for a picnic area in the woods.
