Friends of Forbes Hole

The project will improve Forbes Hole Local Nature Reserve through increasing membership of the local Friends of Group. We will conduct a comprehensive programme of community education and volunteer recruitment within the local area, through organising and promoting taster sessions on site aimed at allowing people to get to know the site and understand its importance; to value it as a local amenity and through this, create the desire to take action to protect and improve the site.
