Friends of Holywell Dene

The group was formed to protect, preserve, maintain and improve the natural beauty of Holywell Dene in North Tyneside. The Dene is a narrow steep ravine woodland, through which a small rive flows, stretching from the sea to six kilometers inland. It aims to improve and maintain access to and awarness of the value of the Dene as a local environmental asset to be enjoyed by all.
