Friends of Nidderdale AONB - Low Dam Project

The project is to enhance an existing wetland area and provide improved access to the site together with interpretation. This will be achieved by plugging a leak in a large pond, clearing vegetation from standing water, removal of overhead vegetation, levelling and improving 200 metres of footpaths and widening a bridge to allow access. An interpretation board will inform visitors of site flora and fauna.
