As part of a wider community centre, to provide modular buildings for an activity centre – a gym & boxing club – that the public will use daily & weekends with no restrictions.
To improve the health & social wellbeing of local people (and beyond) in this disadvantaged community.

Improve life chances by creating a safe environment on disuses land
Improve the aesthetic appearance of wastelands akin to the community hub
