Full Circle – A Circular Walk for the Burrs Country Park

The project is to complete and promote a circular walk at the Burrs County Park in Bury, Greater Manchester. BTCV and local volunteers will construct a 200m section of footpath, bank reinforcement, steps, handrails and safety fencing to connect two existing footpaths. The project also aims to increase the skill base of local volunteers. This will be achieved by promoting and running certificated training courses in Footpath, Step and Fencing Construction, and by experienced volunteers and staff from BTCV working alongside members of the local community group to complete the project.
