Fund Access Drive, together with Burglar Alarm and part of Architects cost for Poulton Playing Field and Allotment Charity’s new Pavilion

The existing wooden Pavilion was originally built to house the Tetbury Telephone Exchange in circa 1947 and moved to Poulton circa 1976. Work started on the construction of the new Pavilion in February 2004 and is nearing completion. Most of this award, if successful, will be used to construct the access drive specified by Building Control, for use by the Fire Service. (in the event of a fire).
The aim of the Pavilion is to enable Poulton’s Youth Cricket Training Programme, which last year comprised of 125 children, to grow to 175 children.
This is hoped, will be the last part of the project as specified by the Cotswold District Council.
