Garforth in Bloom – Planters and Troughs

The project involves the planting and installation of six wooden planters and six self-watering barrier troughs on railings along Garforth Main Street to brighten up the area and help the group’s entry in the 2013 Britain in Bloom competition. The planters will be constructed by pupils from Garforth Academy’s Construction Department. The tubs and troughs will be planted up with seasonal bedding plants and watered by nearby residents and members of Garforth in Bloom.
