Garstang St Thomas Community Centre Phase 2

The Parochial Church Council of St Thomas Garstang is governed by an Act of Parliament (1956) which states that the objects are to promote the whole mission of the Church in the ecclesiastical Parish of Garstang and surrounding areas, providing services, buildings, facilities and open spaces for teh beneficiaries. By providing modern comfortable and sustainable community facilities for Garstang residents, this new centre will be used by all age groups and provide a much needed community centre. Room hire costs will be kept low for local groups because of efficiency savings in running costs. The centre will be managed by volunteers.
