Garstang St Thomas Community Centre Phase 4

The Parochial Church Council of St Thomas Garstang is governed by an Act of Parliament (1956) which states that the objects are to promote the whole mission of the Church in the ecclesiastical Parish of Garstang and surrounding areas providing services, buildings, facilities and open spaces for the beneficiaries. By providing modern comfortable and sustainable community facilities for the residents of Garstang, this new centre will be used by all groups and provide a much needed community centre. Room hire costs will be kept low for local groups because of efficiency savings in running costs. The centre will be run by volunteers. Phase 4 is representative of outside work relating to paths, fencing, providing major services to the hall and internal decoration.
