GBC Goes Green

Replacement of old, inefficient, ineffective oil-fired heating system, with new carbon friendly biomass heating. This will create a much more comfortable environment for all user groups, in addition to significantly reducing carbon footprint created by our organisation. Existing system is obsolete and currently creates a carbon footprint of 30,500 tonnes. Installation of biomass will reduce this by 28,000 tonnes to a figure of 2,500 tonnes per annum.
